It really all depends. If your motherboard can handle multiple speed
SIMM's then it will probably operate at the speed of the lower speed
one (70ns) If it can't, it'll probably be flaky. Most modern
BIOS's have a setting for memory speed. It's usually easy to keep
increasing that until you get to a point where the system starts
acting flakey, then back it off by one.
Again, it all depends on your motherboard - my 386 doesn't, my 486
does.
