^Can somene tell me hwo to make a lilo boot disk just like the ones that
^come whit slackware.  I need to build special kernels and I need lilo to 
^pass parameters to the kernel.

This is covered fairly well in the Lilo How-to and the Kernel How-to.
(Read both, then it makes sense)

Basically you make the kernel to the disk (or copy it).

You edit the lilo.conf to point to that kernel, and append the parameters.

You run lilo.

You reboot.
