Tin question..

It's not really a linux question, but if you can help I will be thankful !
I compiled tin in one of my systems , I am getting:
Option not enabled. Recompile with -DNNTP_ABLE

I have looked into the root makefile, nothing was there to indicate 
-DNNTP_ABLE Any idea ? Thanks. It is tin 1.22
