FWIW,
  I have access to a ppp service through my university.  I also joined 
the CampusMCI through MCI. I just used my existing configs for the new 
service.  Works fine (except for growing pains for the new provider.) I'm 
using the DNS address for my university account for my second provider.  
Just don't install any of their software (95 or Linux... doubt they have 
anything anyway.)
