BTW, in my previous memo, I meant no disrespect to George and was not 
lumping him into any of the unfriendly catagories.  I mean't just to 
quote the line about "good source of down and dirty".  I agree 100% 
that exposure is a lot more useful than reading and pretending you know 
it.
