Merit Contact Info

I read in Merit's whois record that they are giving out tunnels and IPs, 
and I tried emailing the maintainer of the Whois info last week and 
received no reply. Is there a secret webpage I have to go to, or is there 
another contact I am supposed to email, or am I just being too jumpy and I 
should calm down and be patient? ;-)
